STEP 1 : Introduction Meeting Online, over the telephone or face-to-face, our attentive staff warmly welcomes you to KK Custom Homes. We'll exchange business cards and information regarding your lifestyle, discerning tastes and personal preferences. While not critical at this time, in order to orchestrate your project, we will require the following items: BUILDING DOCUMENTS - Customize one of our unique floor plans or deliver your drawings designed by your architect. LOCATION - Select your building lot. FINANCING - Confirm financing. STEP 2 : Pre-Build Or Design/Build Meeting Part of our preparation is "seeing" the home through your eyes. We take great care to pay attention to detail and inquire about your design criteria from interior to exterior. We set construction expectations, sign an Intent to Build document and accept an earnest money deposit. STEP 3 : Sales Agreement Following the refining of your design and completed estimate, we sign the sales agreement. STEP 4 : Site Meeting You or your authorized representative will meet us on your property and layout your home. STEP 5 : Construction Like assembling a fine European automobile on-site, our construction managers will orchestrate the building of your fine home. STEP 6 : Closing Welcome to your custom-built home. STEP 7 : Warranty Our relationship continues with a 2 Year Limited Warranty.
